YES! It's June 1 and 60 degrees out. In every other year of my entire life, this would tick me off; but today, I am very happy.
I babysat the past two days (for the family I worked for prior to little girl) and it has been so easy going, it feels like cheating. Yesterday I took them to the swim club in Mt. Lookout for pretty much the whole day and today we went to lunch at Panera and then just hung out while they played with clay and made friendship bracelets. Then we watched Mamma Mia (the youngest's FAVE, inappropriate) until their mom came home. It was some easy money that I would otherwise not have. Nice.
Now tomorrow Rob and I are going shopping for a new car for him. One car is too obnoxious, and since I am going to be babysitting part time now in June it is especially annoying. Hopefully we find a car that's not a piece. Hopefully.
